A performative non-lecture by the art collective Digital Object Alliance

DOA rely on hybrid communication formats in their practice, which is why this meeting exists at the intersection of the real and the virtual. Participants will see Sasha Puchkova in the Computer Class space, but will hear her voice through headphones, as she will run a joint stream with Anya Leonova. Communication is mediated by network latency and the desynchronization of sound and lip movement. The lecture will also include an asmr-meditation prepared by DOA.

The event is part of the public program accompanying Garage Museum of Contemporary Art’s computer class World Gone By.

HOW TO TAKE PART
